Our QE House programme plays a key role in pastoral care and student life. Each student belongs to a House, building identity, belonging, and community. By engaging in academic, sporting, cultural, and charitable activities, the House system fosters healthy competition, teamwork, and leadership. By mentoring younger students, older students strengthen our school culture of inclusion and caring. Students' wellbeing and success are also promoted through the House programme.

Through QE Futures, students are prepared for life after school through higher education, career preparation, and global readiness. A structured college and career guidance programme, entrepreneurship experiences, internships, and engagement with universities and industry experts are all part of the programme, which starts in the Early Years and continues through Sixth Form. By developing their own portfolios, students are able to develop soft skills and explore post-secondary options with confidence.
